Account Executives
are helping to define the advertising medium. This means meeting with
prospective and existing advertising clients to gain an understanding
of their business and marketing goals, creating advertising solutions
using the Saddle Baron offerings to achieve those goals, and closing
deals. The AE also maintains and develops existing accounts by ensuring
proper add placement to reach the client's target audience, and up
sells new opportunities. On more complex, strategic deals, AE's will
partner with Saddle Baron executives to build solutions and close the
deal. Sales experience helpful with strong emphasis on closing with
short sales cycle but not required - Would like to have a proven and
documented history of above-quota sales performance - Possess strong
negotiation skills -- able to manage process of negotiation as well
as resolving substantive issues - Strong verbal communication and
presentation skills - Experience prospecting, qualifying, pitching
and closing deals - Passion for selling. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills - Ability to conduct business with minimal supervision
